Click Login / Sign Up in the top-right, choose Create Account, and verify your email. It takes under a minute and is free forever.
Yes. We use Wordfence security, Stripe for payments, and offer optional 2FA on every account.
Absolutely. Visit your dashboard and click ‘Delete account’, or contact support.

Bidding

Yes. You must create a free account before placing your first bid.
Set your max bid and we automatically increase your bid by the minimum increment until you win or hit your max.
All bids are binding. Please bid carefully — winning bids generate an invoice within 1 hour.

Shipping

Most items ship within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground. Larger items may take 7-10 days via freight.
We currently ship within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
Contact support within 14 days with photos and we’ll process a refund or replacement.

Local Pickup

We have 8 warehouses: Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Miami, Chicago, Denver, Seattle and Portland.
You have 7 days from auction close. Bring your ID and order confirmation.
Yes pickup is always free and skips all shipping costs.

Payments

Stripe (all major cards), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Within 24 hours of winning. Unpaid invoices may result in account suspension.
A small 10% buyer’s premium is added at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

Membership & Vendors

We offer optional Premium ($9.99/mo) for early access, free shipping credits and member-only bins.
Yes — multivendor onboarding is open. Apply via the Contact page and we’ll get you set up.
Yes — our ‘Mystery Bin’ subscription ships a curated mystery box every month.
